We do our best to be fair on shipping USPS costs are high, and shipping time varies due to customs, when rating shipping time and shipping costs, please account for when item is shipped, we ship out quickly,  we only have a small handling fee to cover costs of packing material.

Note: International bidders we only insure express Mail packages.  International bidders are responsible for any taxes, duties and or customs charges associated with this sale.  Only Express shipping comes with tracking, Priority shipping can be traced, First Class mail is not recommended and rarely offered because it cannot be traced.
